Hello everyone and welcome to my blog.
My name is Aly, I eat a plant based diet along with the rest of my family. Due to some health issues, I had to change the way I eat and at the beginning of it I was struggling to find recipes that didn’t include fried oils in the process. No frying, no roasting, no grilling, no simmering with oils, I am simply trying to keep some of the carcinogens away, at least the ones I can. As you will see on many of my “Cooking Directions” once the dish is cooked, I set it aside for about a minute and only then I sprinkle some oil on top of it. At this point in my life, I am excited to have found a way that can replace the frying oils and still make delicious recipes. I am still in the process of learning, as I always will be , but I hope you will find a least a dish that you would like to try.
