My daughter simply loves blackberries, she can eat them by the pint in no time. One afternoon after her nap we both decided to make this super delicious blackberry & lime smoothie.
- Blackberries – 1 cup
- Banana – 1 medium frozen
- Dates – 3 pitted
Mix everything in a blender until smooth and add a pinch of ground cloves.
- Banana – 1 large frozen
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- Maple syrup 2 Tbsp
Mix everything in a blender until smooth.
- Pour Step 1 in a smoothie glass.
- Pour Step 2 on top of step 1 slowly so they don’t mix.
- Sprinkle some lime zest on top.
