Green Breakfast Smoothie

When I feel lazy, throwing some greens and fruits in a blender seems to be the best solution in order to make a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Kale – 4-5 leaves
  • Banana – 1 large
  • Apple – 1 medium
  • Oranges – 1 large
  • Lemon – medium half
  • Dates – 3-4 pitted
  • Chia Seeds – 1 Tbsp
  • Almond Butter – 1 Tbsp

Mix all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup coconut water, or just plain water, a couple of ice cubes and enjoy. :-)
